　　---寻找改善机会find the improvement opportunities

　　---建立公司精益团队 create lean improvement team。

　　---培训团队成员 train and coach the lean improvement team members。

　　---领导精益项目 lead some lean projects

　　---协助/支持其他精益项目 support other lean projects

　　4 新入职员工精益培训，日常精益培训train the new employees， implement daily training for employees

　　5 5s审核/报告。 5s audit/report。

　　6 发展/管理公司建议系统 develop/manage the suggestion system

　　7 主持每季度的kps现状汇报工作 manage/coordinate quarter report meeting of kps project state。

　　8 现场kps信息板，标识维护/更新maintain/update the kps information board and signage

　　9 参加公司安排的培训。 implement the training arrangement of company。

　　10完成部门经理安排的工作 fulfill other task required by supervisor

　　职位要求：
